Loose Weight Without Using "fat Burners"

According to dieticians, it is possible to control obesity by taking a balanced diet daily while gym-trainers consider regular cardiovascular exercise-sessions to be more effective.

There is no single program or medication available today to help you lose weight. In order to really shed those excess pounds and inches, you need to tailor fit a plan to you that includes fitness and a balanced diet. In order to understand how to lose the weight, lets start by understanding the factors behind obesity. Proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals are the five important nutrients the human body needs to grow.

Usually, people believe that all types of carbohydrates and fats lead to an increase in the problem of obesity. However, this is not the truth. Actually, all carbohydrates and fats are not responsible for causing overweight. You can lose fat with the help of 'low glycemic index' foods. If you really want to lose weight, you must also keep a check on your calorie-intake.

Aerobics also prove to be highly effective to help a person reduce weight. There are three types of Cardiovascular exercises - 'low intensity cardio', 'moderate intensity cardio' and 'high intensity cardio'. If the person wants to lose their extra pounds, he must first do 'low intensity cardio' exercises, then slowly move to 'moderate intensity cardio' exercises and finally undertake 'high intensity cardio' exercises. It is essential to follow this sequence to reduce weight.

Dancing can also help you "loose weight". It is also important to curb your appetite if you are serious about losing weight. Overeating would never help you if you want to get a sexy hour glass figure. Finally, you need to stick to your exercise as well as diet plan. A lazy approach towards losing weight will not yield any positive result. Remember, with a systematic approach, you too can "loose weight".

There are now literally thousands of products on the market that claim to help your body burn fat, but how many of them actually work? Nutritionists believe that diet is the most important part of controlling obesity; while personal trainers believe that regular exercise is necessary to keep you from gaining unhealthy amounts of weight. There is no single exercise program or pill that will help every person lose weight. Aerobics is very effective in helping a person loose weight. Cardiovascular exercises are of three types- 'low intensity cardio', 'moderate intensity cardio' and 'high intensity cardio'. Keep to your fitness plan to be successful.
